P E A C E. begins with a smile. I read this in a book by Thich Nhat Hanh. This is how I'm looking at my world. It's all about inner peace, inside our own being. And as we learn our own peace we learn compassion for others, and for the world we live in. Others and The World will always be there - no matter what's going on inside us, they go on. If we live and breathe peace, we can go on too, in the present moment; for that is all we have: the only thing that's real.
